No account is needed, no internet is used, no advertising is shown and nobody is tracked. Your bookmarks, your saved campaign and your quiz scores live only on your phone; clearing the app's data or uninstalling it removes all of them. Zaporoya is arranged in six themes — orders, ranks, arms, daily life, campaigns, symbols. This policy borrows the same six, because each maps neatly onto a question about your data: who commands, who does what, what the app is armed with, what happens day to day, what goes out, and how you can check.
The company behind Zaporoya is ASK Health Limited, trading as QuantumNest Interactive, registered in England and Wales at 86C Water Street, Birmingham B3 1HL. Director: Anjana Kumar. Under the UK GDPR it is the controller for the app — an office that, as the rest of this page shows, has no personal data to command.
There are only two parties inside Zaporoya: you and the device you hold. There is no account to register, no player name, no profile. The app has no notion of who is reading, only of a handset with some bookmarks, a campaign in progress and a few quiz scores on it. No third rank exists — no analytics service, no advertising network, no crash reporter, no cloud — because nothing of the sort is compiled into the build.
Zaporoya declares no runtime permissions: not storage, location, contacts, camera or microphone. Nor does it hold the INTERNET permission, which means Android itself forbids it from opening a connection. Every promise on this page rests on that one fact rather than on our discipline. Should something calling itself Zaporoya ever ask you to grant a permission, it did not come from us.
So the app is useful from one session to the next, it writes into its private folder — which Android keeps closed to every other application — your bookmarks, the state of your campaign (resources, choices, position), your quiz scores and streak, and your settings, including the choice of Ukrainian or English. None of it names a person. Clearing the app's data in Android Settings, or uninstalling, removes all four at once; no copy exists anywhere else, so nothing further needs asking of us and nothing can be restored by us either.
No reading you do, no bookmark you set, no choice you make in the campaign and no score you earn leaves the device. The single outside party in the picture is Google, whose Play store places the package on your phone and updates it; that transaction runs under Google's privacy policy, out of our sight, and none of what the app stores travels with it. Our whole knowledge of Zaporoya's use is a count of installations.
Open Android Settings → Apps → Zaporoya → Permissions: the list is empty. Switch the phone to aeroplane mode and go through every part of the app — reference, search, campaign, quiz: nothing degrades, because nothing was ever fetched. Then read the Data safety card on the Play listing, which Google cross-checks against the package we submit. Three marks, none of them ours to forge.

A history reference and a campaign game; nothing inside it accepts a name, connects two people, or reaches outward. A pupil studying the Sich on it exposes nothing, because there is no channel for exposure.
British data protection law gives you a right to see what a company keeps about you, to have it put right or wiped, to limit or halt its use, and to carry it elsewhere. Exercise any of those with us and a reply comes inside a month, reporting nothing on file — the six themes explain why. Disputes go to the Information Commissioner's Office, ico.org.uk.
A release that would change any theme above — an online scoreboard, a cloud save, an advert — triggers a rewritten and re-dated page before that release goes to Google Play. A copy already installed keeps behaving as this page describes.
